Introducing a new line of delightful outerwear - just right for the weather in San Francisco - and around the world! These beauties are made by Port and Company, a highly respected manufacturer of high quality products. Fire Fighter Bob then custom embroiders one of his unique and delightful emblems on the left front - just for you! Jacket made in Sri Lanka, embroidery and decoration: Made in California, USA. The back is unadorned, but CAN be decorated (see below for options).
This is a heavy duty nylon-shelled jacket, yet is light in weight. The Nylon repels water, so it will keep you dry in light rain or heavy fog. A warm "Fleecy" interior keeps you warm, and feels GREAT! It really performed during San Francisco's recent cold snap! The two outer side pockets feature zippers to keep your gear secure, and an inside pocket also features a zipper. A SECOND inside zippered compartment is actually designed to hide the back of the embroidery - to keep the fuzzy feeling all over - but it could be used to secure small items! A stretch waist band seals out wind and cold, making this jacket First Class in every respect.
The Jacket you are falling in Love with already, is custom made in your choice of size and logo, so allow up to 3 weeks for your masterpiece to be created and ship out! The sizes tend to run a little on the large side: I'm a Large in everything - but even wearing a tee, an outer shirt and a vest, "Medium" fits me great!
Choose from one of three great logos: "SFFD", "Spring Training", or "Round Scramble". Take a look at the SFFD logo - the center has been "modernized" with an airplane, the Golden Gate Bridge, and downtown San Francisco! Clearly not Official - but clearly cool! Of course you know that as a Nylon garment - it is NOT to be used on Fire Assignments. This gear does NOT qualify for "Quick International tee shirt shipping", It's just too bulky! I'm working on getting some smaller sizes soon - so keep checking back for them!
I "Tahoe Tested" this gear on 2/25, 2/26. It's great, but it isn't a Parka! It performed very well in the rain!
